Where is the valve located to release fuel pressure to change the fuel filter on an 88 Ford econoline van?

If it is E.F.I. there is a small valve that looks just like the one on your tires for inflating air, it is silver in color and has a black removable cap. This valve will be located on a chrome tube running along the top of the motor There is one on each side near where the intake and the valve covers meet. Locate Schroeder valve, remove cap and depress center of valve (just like letting air out of the tire).

If it is carburetter then the valve does not exist and there will be little or no pressure after engine has been shut off.Where is the valve located to release fuel pressure to change the fuel filter on an 88 Ford econoline van?I don't think there is a valve for this.Where is the valve located to release fuel pressure to change the fuel filter on an 88 Ford econoline van?use the schrader valve by the fuel rail..
