How can I change the fuel filter in my 00' Dodge Ram without doin' the fuel pump also?

You can't they are one in the same. Dodge puts what they call a %26quot;Life time fuel filter%26quot; around the fuel pump. So if you are having problems, then go ahead a change the unit.
