Is it hard to change the fuel filter on a 1999 crysler concorde?

i hear it is in the gas tank where the fuel pump is.... Is it hard to change the fuel filter on a 1999 crysler concorde?The fuel filter isn't really that hard to change. The filter in the tank is like a pre filter to protect the fuel pump. That is not the one that needs changing, till you change the pump. The other one, outside the tank of course, can be changed easily enough. Depending on where they hide it underneath the car
