How to change fuel filter 2003 dodge 24 valve cummins diesel?

if im not mistaken its on the drivers side near rear of motor and it just fits under a cap with a 15/16 socket. make sure the seal is replaced exactly as it came off. im not 100% sure on the 2003 model, but check there.
