1992 buick century fuel filter change?

i changed my fuel filter car ran fine for a day now spits and sputters again till it reaches 25 mph i changed the plugs and wires after i changed the fuel filter the car ran great today i went out to drive it it spits and sputters again could the fuel filter have clogged back up should i change it again1992 buick century fuel filter change?Did you run the tank dry? That will cause it to clog up. Check the fuel pressure to determine it's not the fuel pump.
